If you are in any doubt, the best thing you can do is contact the 3rd party company directly for further help. All of these programs are outside of Dell's control and are used at your own risk. Using the Windows removal tool (Add/Remove Programs) to completely uninstall these programs is often insufficient. Maxon license users: After you have done this, try running the installer from the Maxon App again. Somehow, it interferes with the ZBrush installer.
